Chef AJ has been in the culinary world for over 16 years. He graduated from Le Cordon Blue in 2010 and has worked in fine dining from Arizona to Colorado. His culinary resume includes private chef, chef de cuisine, and executive chef.

He is passionate about cultivating the best ingredients in order to achieve creative and inspirational cooking. He currently resides in the Denver area.
